Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on Thursday said that the letter sent by US President Donald Trump to restart nuclear talks with Tehran contained both threats and opportunities. He stressed that his country would respond in due time but would not negotiate directly, in light of the ongoing pressure and sanctions.
