ERBIL, Kurdistan Region—A high level American delegation has arrived in Erbil to meet with Kurdish President Masoud Barzani.
The delegation includes General Joseph Votel, commander of the United States Central Command, Douglas Silliman, US ambassador to Iraq, and Ken Gross, US consul in Erbil.
Barzani has recently hosted several meetings with American and Iraqi officials to discuss the upcoming Mosul offensive.
