Qandeel’s parents told Pakistani media that she was killed following an argument with her brother on Friday night and her body was discovered on Saturday.
She was from Punjab but had recently fled to Karachi for safety reasons and threats to her life.
Pakistani media reported that her brother Wasem Azeem was angry with Qandeel about her online photos and sexy poses and had threatened to kill her if she did not stop.
